I feel great today. I've recorded my meals below:
Breakfast:
2 eggs
1/4 avocado
Snack:
Synergy Kombucha
Lunch:
Spinach salad
Ground beef
Garlic
coconut oil
5 olives
Dinner:
Garlic-lime chicken
Steamed green beans
Snack:
Granny Smith Apple
Peanut butter
I feel energized today! My digestion is great, this is awesome!
