The cellular healing diet has done wonders for my family and I. Most importantly, it has taught me how to cook and bake so many foods. We rarely go out to eat now and cook such healthy, tasty meals at home. I now have the self control to wait to eat while I'm cooking instead of having to snack on everything while I'm cooking.
Check out the dinner I made the other night!
Lemon Rosemary Salmon with Mediterranean Spinach
Lemon Rosemary Salmon
2 Lemons
Rosemary

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Slice the lemons and place them on the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle rosemary on the lemon slices. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the salmon is flaky.

2 garlic gloves
Coconut oil
